**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, curate, and produce daily/weekly **Health Bulletins and Shows** focused on wellness, Ayurveda, medical news, public health updates, and healthcare policies.
- Collaborate with anchors, reporters, researchers, and video editors to ensure high-quality and informative content.
- Write compelling scripts, headlines, and tickers in clear and viewer-friendly language.
- Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and balance of all medical/health content aired.
- Coordinate with the Input team for gathering health-related stories and visuals.
- Line-produce the bulletin - from rundown creation to final output - within tight deadlines.
- Supervise the bulletin’s editorial flow, graphics, video inserts, and breaking news integration.
- Maintain close liaison with doctors, health experts, and institutions for guest-based discussions and interviews.
- Work closely with PCR/MCR teams to manage smooth broadcast delivery.
- Monitor health-related trends, social media, and government updates to source relevant content.
- Ensure content compliance with medical guidelines, ethical standards, and legal norms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a News Producer, preferably with exposure to health or special interest programs.
- Strong editorial sense and command over Hindi and English (both written and spoken).
- Sound knowledge of healthcare, wellness, government health schemes, and public awareness topics.
- Expertise in scriptwriting, rundown creation, and bulletin planning.
- Familiarity with news production software and newsroom workflow systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and lead a small team.
