**Job Profile**:

**Job Description -**

Communication Skills - High

Experience with the Conference arrangement and designing - **Atleast 1 year.**

Only Brick and Mortar.

**For Conference**

Coordinate speaker selections and educational tracks

Assist in managing staff participation in all conference aspects

Manage all hotel/on-site logistics for conference

Oversee preparation of on-site conference program book and content

Oversee preparation of conference proceedings book and content

Develop and solicit conference advertising & sponsorships

Manage exhibit program, including solicitation, show layout, decorator contact, registration and post-evaluation

Oversee pre-con logistics (signs, plaques, badges, registration packet materials, etc.)

Design & tabulate conference evaluation forms

Manage post-conference activities

Assist in all other conference areas as necessary

**Skills**:
Maintain professional and positive demeanor

Working knowledge of computers in a windows environment

Proven accuracy and attention to detail

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills

Demonstrate proven marketing skills

Must be able to function as part of a team

Capable of setting priorities when multiple demands are present

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Location**:

- Gurgaon, Haryana (preferred)
