We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Conference Producer with strong marketing acumen to conceptualize, design, and deliver world-class business conferences that inspire action and influence industries. The Role As a Senior Conference Producer , you’ll lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality conferences—from ideation to execution. You’ll shape the agenda, identify industry trends, source speakers, and collaborate across teams to ensure every event delivers value, engagement, and impact. This role blends strategic thinking, marketing insight, content development, and stakeholder management, demanding creativity, precision, and ownership. What You’ll Do Research industry trends to conceptualize relevant, high-impact conference themes and agendas. Align conference goals, audience focus, and content strategy with internal and external stakeholders. Identify, invite, and manage senior-level speakers, thought leaders, and industry influencers. Collaborate with speakers to develop session topics, talking points, and compelling synopses. Craft engaging and marketable session descriptions, content outlines, and promotional copy. Plan and execute marketing campaigns using digital, social, email, and partner channels. Ensure creative consistency and strong brand positioning across all event communication. Build strategic partnerships and secure event sponsors to enhance value and reach. Oversee project timelines, logistics, and deliverables to ensure seamless event execution. Track event performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement learnings for future editions. Partner closely with the marketing, design, and delegate acquisition teams to ensure every conference meets The Guild’s standard of excellence. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in conference production, content creation, or event marketing. Strong understanding of B2B conference ecosystems, industry research, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent command of content strategy, agenda design, and storytelling for business audiences. Proven ability to source, liaise, and manage C-level speakers and industry experts. Expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and digital promotion for event visibility. Exceptional project management and multitasking skills—able to handle multiple timelines and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication; confident in client, sponsor, and speaker interactions. Creative thinker with the ability to design engaging formats, sessions, and event narratives. Proficiency in MS Office, event management, and CRM tools; familiarity with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Analytical mindset—comfortable using insights and data to improve content, marketing, and audience engagement. Self-starter attitude with ownership, attention to detail, and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
