**So, what are we looking for?**

We are looking for an AV Bid Estimator for our Pune location whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Somebody who is passionate about AV. We take pride in our employees, known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done.

**What are your responsibilities?**
- Estimate the cost of audio visual projects based on client requirements
- Prepare bids and proposals for clients
- Collaborate with project managers and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
- Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
- Communicate with clients to clarify project requirements and specifications
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of bid submissions and project estimates

**Does experience count?**
- Education: Associate degree is preferred, but not required. We take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an audio visual bid estimator
- Strong knowledge of audio-visual technology and equipment and ability to read and interpret project specifications and drawings
- Customer Service Experience: A must As you can see our customers are #1 and we need someone who can take care of them, and treat them as such.
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
