4. **Talent Pipelining**: Build and maintain a talent pipeline of technical professionals to ensure a quick response to hiring demands.

8. **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-5 years of proven experience in technical recruiting, with a specific focus on contract and Permanent staffing.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, particularly in the context of contract hiring.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Results-driven and metrics-oriented approach to recruitment.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
