Project Coordinator - Nursing Services (Clinical Research)

Responsible for regular coordination and operation of home nursing services for the assigned clinical studies. Responsible to prepare appropriate plans according with Good Clinical Practice, regulatory requirements, and HomeNurse4U Standard Operating Procedures. Responsible for overseeing a considerable spectrum of projects within HomeNurse4U from initiation till completion, stay on schedule, monitor the project progress, and manage the team.
- Ensures site compliance to confirm implementation of appropriate practices, and procedures for all clinical trial projects assigned.
- Develops accurate source materials and ensures compliance from Research Home Nurses (RHN).
- Provides accurate and timely data collection, study documentation, training documentations, entry, and reporting to Clients for the assigned clinical trial projects.
- Interfaces with Research Home Nurses (RHN), to support their efforts in completing the protocol assessments accurately and on a timely manner.
- Provides in-depth training to the Research Home Nurses (RHNs) with respect to the study specific requirements as well as other critical trainings that may be required for the Research Home Nurses (RHN) to perform their duties.
- Communicates and collaborates specific study requirements to the Research Home Nurses (RHN), including internal and external stakeholders, Client / Client representative and study site team.
- Performing ongoing quality control of the source documentation and/or any other study documentation prior to sharing with the site team and the Clients, as required.
- Coordinate with PI and Clinical Trial Site team for the study related documentation / materials handover.
- Coordinate with the research team for shipment of samples.
- Coordinate and support Research Home Nurses (RHNs) for scheduling patient visits, patient follow-ups, and completion of protocol required assessments by investigators
- Escalate potential issues to Head of Operations and site team representative.

**Education**:

- Master's (required)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
