**Work Days**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
**Salary**: INR 10,000 - 12,000

**Role**: Chat Support / Customer service Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming sales and purchase inquiries for sarees on WhatsApp.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and in fluent English or Telegu
- Share product images, details, prices etc
- Follow up with potential buyers and ensure smooth order conversion.
- Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for delivery updates.
- Maintain records of chats, leads, and daily customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written communication in English or Telegu
- Quick response time and proactive customer handling.
- Basic knowledge of saree types and fabric (preferred).
- Prior experience in online sales/chat support is a plus.

If you can speak in Telugu it is a plus, but not mandatory.
