**Strategic Accountability**:

- Responsible for monitoring and liaisoning with product owners to resolve product quality or operational issues in the restaurant/ sweet shop.
- Monitor and update the CQAM & legal on the food laws changes and its impact on our business.
- Assess and assures restaurants / sweet shops have in place systems and procedures to assures the safest food products as per systems.
- Manage and summarize suppliers audit reports with solution to the problem and prioritizing the most important opportunities for QSSC (Quality, service, safety and cleanliness) improvements in the market.

**Operations Accountability**:

- Responsible for managing product complaint process, follow up activities and verification of corrective action to ensure store food safety.
- Responsible for taking follow up with supplier on validation of their lab testing methods which correlate with testing methods and procedures of local regulatory labs to ensure total compliance.

Responsible for coordinating and organizing regular product cutting program for management to evaluate product performance to measure product and supplier performance to manage quality control.
- M.Sc/M.Tech or B.Sc/B. Tech from recognize university.
- PGDM in quality and food safety management will be the added advantage.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
