**ob Title**: Machine Operator/Technician - Filling Machines

We are seeking a skilled **Machine Operator/Technician** to manage, operate, and maintain a variety of filling machines for our mayonnaise and food dressing production line. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation & Handling**:

- Operate and oversee filling machines, including:

- Multi-Track (Sachet) Machines
- 1 kg Mayonnaise Filling Machines
- Servo-Based Small Spout Pouch Machines
- Single Head and 4 Head Pneumatic Filling Machines
- Servo-Based Twin Head 5 kg Filling Machines
- Set up machines based on product specifications and production plans.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to ensure efficiency.
- **Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and repair machinery promptly to minimize delays.
- Coordinate with the technical team for major repairs and upgrades.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the accurate filling of products as per weight and volume specifications.
- Inspect finished products for leaks, packaging defects, or deviations from standards.
- Maintain records of machine performance and quality checks.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and ensure machines are operated safely.
- Train other team members on safe machine handling and best practices.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
- Stay updated on advancements in filling machine technology.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operating and maintaining filling machines.
- Strong technical knowledge of servo-based and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems.

**Skills**:

- Technical expertise in handling automated and semi-automated filling machines.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in filling and packaging.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,810.35 - ₹25,575.00 per month
