ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect
- Should have strong Java / J2EE, Spring, RESTful web services
- Experience on Spring boot, Micro services
- Excellent communication skills and Strong client facing skills
- Should be able to covert requirements to technical solutions
- Should have experience in designing and providing solutions for web based solutions. Able to provide technical solutions for major requirement of each sprint. Able to understand multitier architecture.
- Resolve technical problems, understand and plan for evolutionary paths. Architectural and code review.
- Plan for new technology insertion.
- Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and helping set timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all services
- Establishing technical vision, leading all aspects of technology, through development and deployment.
- Manage technology platforms including the strategic planning, development, and support of all Initiatives.
- Work closely with the business and product team in architecting solutions based on customer requirements
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments and collaborators to assess and recommend technologies that support platform needs
- Identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and software development best practices.
- Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the team. Partner with business and development resources to support core projects.
- Complete Know how and technical support of the project from the moment of inception, through product release, to development of enhancements.
- Designing the entire system based on the received requirements and well familiar with the design patterns
