**Job Title**: International Sales Executive

**Location**: Subhash Nagar, Delhi
**Shift**: Morning Shift
**Working Days**: 5.5 Days (Monday to Saturday, half-day on Saturday)
**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**: Identify and target international markets, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and follow through on customer needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and communicate this effectively to clients.
- **Reporting**: Maintain detailed reports on sales progress, market feedback, and customer data.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on international market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements.
- **Customer Support**: Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in **international sales** or **international voice support**.
- **Language Skills**: Excellent command of **English** (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate confidently with clients from various countries.
- **Sales & Negotiation**: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools for maintaining client records and reports.
- **Target-Oriented**: Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards sales targets.

**Education**:

- Graduate or Post-Graduate (preferred)
