**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces regularly.
- Clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery efficiently using manual or automated systems.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic preparation tasks as directed by the chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen, storage, and service areas.
- Ensure timely waste disposal and assist in recycling activities.
- Monitor cleaning supply inventory and report replenishment needs.
- Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Support events, banquet setups, and kitchen logistics as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- **At least 1 year of experience** working as a steward in a hotel, resort, or restaurant.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**:
**₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month** (Based on experience and qualifications)
