**Job Description - Travel Desk Executive**
**Department**: Travel Management / Administration
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage domestic travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.) for employees.
- Handle travel requests and approvals, ensuring adherence to the company’s travel policy.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
- Ensure cost-effective travel arrangements and strive for optimal travel itineraries.
- Maintain records of travel expenses and provide reports to management.
- Assist employees with last-minute travel changes and emergency travel needs.
- Coordinate and manage corporate travel programs and discounts.
**Key Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in travel management, ideally within a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking platforms
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of visa and travel documentation processes.
- Problem-solving skills, especially for handling last-minute travel issues.
