**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Customer Support Executives** for a reputed client. The role begins with **work from office** and may shift to **work from home** based on performance. The position involves handling customer queries over voice calls and providing efficient support.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Education**: Graduation is mandatory
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal skills in **English and Hindi**:

- **Assessment**: Must qualify **Versant Level 5**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attend to customer queries and concerns over calls
- Ensure accurate and prompt resolutions
- Maintain records and update internal systems
- Meet individual performance and quality metrics

**Job Details**:

- **Work Mode**: Start in office, shift to **WFH based on performance**:

- **Shifts**: Rotational (9-hour shift)
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week | 1 rotational off
- **Training**: Provided before process go-live
- **Incentives**: Monthly performance-based incentives
