Our company is looking forward to some young agri graduates having 3-5 years of experience in Fruits and Vegetables. Experience in purchase & operations of Fruits and Vegetables on farm, at Mandi or with modern trade or food processing companies is required.
- Labour management, coordination with logistics team, Documentations GRN, DC, Vouchers, inward and outward Registers.
- Dispatch operations.
- Loading of vehicles.
- Packing quality check.
- Packing materials inventory record keeping.
- Crates Register & Maintenance
- Support to Purchase team.
- Indent wise loading sheet planning and arrangements.
- Shift arrangement
- Smooth warehousing and distribution process
- Team Productivity evaluation
- Conducting training for executives/packers/graders.
- Assisting accounts with all bills/vouchers/GRNs daily within TAT
- Procurement & negotiation of packaging material
- Budgeting and commercial feasibility during purchase of produces
- Willing to work, learn and build experience in all functions in materials department, like Purchase, Stores, Logistics & warehouse.
- Supportive to Admin/HR/Accounts & Compliance
- Drive Cost Productivity through strategic sourcing
- Supporting farming or remote teams operations for backward integration in agri products
- Proactive leadership in negotiations, operations, logistics & decision making for business profitability & scalability
- Early morning mandi visit for purchase/negotiation in APMC
- Regular coordination with vendors, suppliers & clients

**Salary**: ₹168,000.00 - ₹224,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
