**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed **3D models, visualizations, and walkthroughs** for commercial, residential, and interior design projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into **3D renderings**.
- Work with design teams to present creative and visually appealing **concepts, layouts, and presentations**.
- Prepare **high-quality renders, animations, and virtual walkthroughs** using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of outputs adhering to **client requirements and industrial standards**.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers for design finalization.
- Stay updated with **latest visualization trends, software updates, and rendering techniques**.

**Key Skills & Software Expertise**:

- **AutoCAD** - drafting and technical detailing
- **SketchUp** - 3D modeling & conceptual design
- **Revit** - BIM modeling & architectural visualization
- **Lumion** - realistic rendering & walkthroughs
- Strong understanding of **architectural design principles**:

- Ability to handle **multiple projects under deadlines**:

- Excellent **visualization, creativity, and presentation skills**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in **Architecture, Interior Design, or related field**:

- 2-5 years of proven **commercial experience** in 3D visualization and rendering
- Strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects

**Compensation**:

- Salary will be **as per industry standards** and based on experience & portfolio.
