**Role Overview**:
As a 3D Designer at BlueMoon Construction, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and visualizations that support architectural, structural, and interior design projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to bring concepts to life and help clients visualize the final product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs of construction and architectural projects.
- Interpret architectural drawings and conceptual sketches into accurate visual representations.
- Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure visual accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
- Develop textures, materials, lighting setups, and post-production enhancements.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a 3D Designer, preferably in the construction or architecture industry.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and design principles.
- Excellent visualization, composition, and storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, or a related field.
- Experience with animation and virtual reality (VR) tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and construction documentation.
