Testing Architect

Define enterprise-wide testing strategies, including environmental setup, environmental utilization standards, and overall testing governance frameworks.
Establish clear entrance and exit criteria for all testing phases, aligning with business and technical requirements.
Develop comprehensive code coverage metrics and quality KPIs to monitor testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Outline regression testing requirements and ensure repeatability and completeness across releases.
Conduct auditing and verification processes to validate testing completeness against defined standards.
Implement structured change and release control processes, integrating toll gates, options, and risk management strategies.
Design, develop, and manage executive level dashboards tracking testing progress, code quality metrics, defect leakage, regression coverage, and readiness for production release.
Collaborate closely with development, release management, QA, and DevOps teams to embed testing best practices into the SDLC.
Drive transformation initiatives to improve automation, testing scalability, early defect detection, and continuous testing methodologies.
Serve as a thought leader for adopting new tools, frameworks, and practices related to test management, automation, and quality assurance at scale

Technical Skills 10plus years as a Testing Strategist/Transformation Leader, Enterprise Testing Framework Definition, Testing Metrics/KPI Design, Change/Release Governance, Dashboard Creation and Management.
Soft Skills Critical thinking and good communication skills, and Experience 8plus years
