As a **Junior Graphic Designer** at Mindise, you will play a key role in shaping visual content for various brands and campaigns. You'll collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality designs, ensure brand consistency, and help elevate the visual identity of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a hybrid working model, combining both office and remote work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, banners, brochures, and websites.
- Assist in developing creative concepts for marketing campaigns, product designs, and branding materials.
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback while maintaining project deadlines.
- Ensure consistency in designs with client and company branding guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to improve the quality of work.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to translate ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (including personal and professional projects).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Basic knowledge of web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).

**Work Environment**:
This role follows a hybrid working model, offering flexibility between remote work and in-office collaboration at our Mira Road, Mumbai location.
