**Merchandiser for Garment Exports**

In this role, you will play a key role in the entire garment production process, ensuring smooth operations from initial concept to final shipment. You will be responsible for managing production with factories across India, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the complete garment production cycle, from initial purchase orders to final shipment.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, source materials (fabrics, trims, etc.), and gather samples.
- Oversee production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct regular factory visits across India to monitor production progress and address any concerns.
- Manage and track the delivery of accessories and ensure their timely integration into the production process.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation throughout the production cycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, quality control, sales) to ensure seamless production flow.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in garment merchandising.
- Strong understanding of garment production processes, from fabric sourcing to finishing.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Willingness to travel to various garment factories within India.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
