About the Role:
We are looking for a courteous, organized, and efficient Clinic Receptionist to manage front-desk operations at our medicine and diabetes clinic. The role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a clinic or hospital setting, who can ensure smooth patient flow and provide excellent support to both patients and the doctor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients warmly on arrival.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Handle phone calls and queries related to clinic timings, appointments, and basic information.
- Maintain patient records and update them accurately.
- Assist with billing and receipt generation.
- Coordinate with the doctor and ensure smooth patient flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in a clinic/hospital is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for handling patient records/billing.
- Polite, patient-friendly, and well-organized.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
