The role: Talent Acquisition Associate

While Kalvium is driven with the mission of making the world's education more relevant and engaging, the people function is driven with the mission of building a team of highly mission aligned individuals. You will be responsible for hiring for diverse roles and building efficient teams that can scale Kalvium to new heights.

**What will you be doing?**
- Partner with business leaders to help them build their org and achieve their goals
- Promote and publish the jobs on multitude of platforms to attract the best talents aligned with the vision and values of the company
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding and training
- Be updated with the latest hiring trends and work on building a robust talent acquisition process

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in managing the entire recruitment process
- A strong work ethic and ability to work through ambiguity
- A passion for technology and education
- Familiarity using any ATS for hiring will be a bonus
