**Role Overview**
As the Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Talenzen, you will be a core leader responsible for building the company’s brand, driving marketing efforts, and expanding our reach across multiple industries. This leadership role demands creativity, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to propel Talenzen toward sustained growth and long-term success.
**Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership**
- Collaborate with the founding team to define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and multi-industry growth strategy.
- Develop a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy to position Talenzen as the go-to recruitment partner across diverse sectors, including IT, healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, and beyond.
- Lead market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and pain points in hiring practices across industries.
**Marketing Strategy and Execution**
- Build and execute digital and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and establish Talenzen’s presence across various sectors.
- Create industry-specific content strategies, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media campaigns, to highlight Talenzen’s expertise in addressing unique hiring needs.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, and performance marketing to increase website traffic (talenzen.in) and generate high-quality inquiries.
- Develop strategic partnerships, PR opportunities, and event collaborations to build Talenzen’s reputation across industries.
**Growth and Revenue**
- Drive client acquisition and retention strategies tailored to different industries, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and optimize marketing efforts to maximize ROI and meet growth targets.
- Identify new markets and untapped industries to expand the company’s client base.
**Team Building**
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven marketing team as Talenzen grows.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
**RequirementsExperience**
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in B2B marketing, recruitment, or industry-specific marketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling a brand from the ground up.
- Experience marketing to multiple industries, such as IT, healthcare, manufacturing, fintech, retail, or others.
**Skills**
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and performance marketing.
- Ability to develop multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to diverse industry audiences.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to tackling challenges in a startup environment.
**Preferred**
- Prior experience as a co-founder or in a senior leadership role in a startup.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry trends and talent acquisition challenges across multiple industries.
