Position: DM Setter (LinkedIn Outreach Specialist)

Compensation: 15000/month base + performance-based incentives

Location: Remote | Full-time

About the Role:

We're looking for a DM Setter with proven LinkedIn outreach experience to help us drive qualified leads and meaningful conversations. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to balance personalization with high-volume messaging, and is eager to grow in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily outreach on LinkedIn using a well-defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
• Send personalized connection requests and direct messages that resonate
• Manage replies, follow-ups, and ongoing conversations in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, or CRM
• Continuously test and improve messaging strategies to boost response and conversion rates
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with campaigns
• Track performance metrics and maintain detailed records of outreach activity

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn outreach or DM setting
• Strong written communication skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and personalization
• Proven ability to generate leads and drive conversations through DMs
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and lead-gen tools
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-driven
• Comfortable with both manual and automated outreach strategies

DM Pitch Copywriting

To move forward in the selection process, we'd like you to complete a quick assessment that helps us evaluate your copywriting skills, particularly for outbound messaging.

Assessment Title: DM Pitch Copywriting for SEO & Social Media Services

Objective: Create 3 different DM pitches to reach out to potential clients and invite them to explore our SEO and Social Media Marketing services. The goal is to spark interest and ideally book a call or show intent.

Target Audience:

• Business owners, startup founders, or marketing managers

• Industries: Construction, E-commerce, Jewellery, Healthcare

• Likely seeking better online visibility, higher engagement, and ROI through digital marketing

Deliverables (Part 1):

1. Pick 3 LinkedIn profiles of individuals/companies you think would be suitable for pitching SEO & Social Media services.

2. Write hyper-personalized DM pitches for each. o Each message should be 4–5 sentences max o Tone: Conversational, direct, and tailored to the profile

Deliverables (Part 2):

1. Do the same exercise for a software-based company.

2. Imagine you're pitching SEO & Social Media support for a SaaS or tech company.

3. Again, choose 3 suitable LinkedIn profiles of decision-makers (e.g., founders, CMOs, marketing heads).

4. Write 3 personalized DM pitches, max 4–5 sentences each. Please send your completed task in Doc Format.
