**Key Responsibilities**
- Increase donor acquisition for ONETIME/PLEDGE donations.
- Maintain regular contact and follow-up with donors.
- Ensure donors are well-informed about the product.
- Achieve donor acquisition, upgrading, and retention.
- Follow up with donors whose donation mandate/cheque is unrealized.
- Provide relevant and accurate information to key decision-makers regarding all aspects of the Fund-Raising Department (to Project Head-FundNexus).

**Activities**
- Ensure ONE TIME/PLEDGE donors are acquired in subsequent years.
- Handle donor queries on an ongoing basis.

**Reporting Requirements**
- Submit daily reports on responsibilities handled during the day.
- Performance will be tracked through monthly reports and monitored by the Project Head.

**Qualifications**
- Graduates

**Skillset**
- Good written and communication skills.
- Target-oriented.
