**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Working Drawings & Detailing**: Prepare detailed working drawings, sections, elevations, and construction details for execution.
- **Technical Coordination**: Assist the Senior Architect in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- **Material & Specification Documentation**: Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and technical documentation as per project requirements.
- **3D Visualization & Presentations**: Develop 3D models, renderings, and client presentations using software like SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Lumion.
- **Site Coordination & Supervision**: Support in monitoring site progress, verifying work as per drawings, and resolving on-site challenges.
- **Compliance & Standards**: Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- **Design Assistance**: Support the Senior Architect in concept development, space planning, and furniture layouts.
- **Client & Vendor Interaction**: Communicate design intent effectively with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate execution.
- **Software Expertise**: Work efficiently on AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and other industry-relevant tools.
- **Project Documentation**: Maintain proper documentation of revisions, approvals, and project progress reports.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- **4-5 years of experience** in preparing working drawings and assisting senior architects.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and MS Office.**:

- Strong technical knowledge of detailing, joinery, and execution processes.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Hands-on experience with **construction drawings, detailing, and execution.**:

- Familiarity with MEP coordination and site work.
- Knowledge of sustainable materials and practices is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pimple Nilakh, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AutoCAD: 4 years (preferred)
