- Assist the sales team with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and process sales orders and contracts.
- Coordinate sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Maintain and update sales databases and customer records.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate person when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on orders and deliveries.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules with the logistics team.
- Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,142.86 per month
