**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and process customer invoices for electrical products and services.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payment collection.
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile sales and purchase transactions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Support in monthly and year-end accounting closings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and customers for billing inquiries and payments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- 2 to 4 year experience in billing and accounting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per month
