**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Student Recruitment**:
- Actively recruit prospective students through outreach programs, college fairs, school visits, and other promotional events.
- Develop strategies to increase the institution’s visibility and attract a diverse student population.
- **Application Guidance**:
- **Eligibility and Selection Criteria Assessment**:
- Provide clear communication to students regarding eligibility, acceptance, or rejections based on the institution's standards.
- Analyze and assess a wide range of academic records and extracurricular activities to determine student suitability for specific programs.
- **Admission Interviews**:
- Conduct interviews (in-person, virtual, or phone) with prospective students to assess their suitability for admission.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to academic departments based on interview results.
- **Decision-Making Support**:
- Work with the admissions committee to determine final acceptance decisions.
- Communicate decisions to applicants in a professional, timely manner, ensuring students are informed about next steps.
- **Student Support**:
- Provide one-on-one support to students and families, addressing concerns and answering questions about the admissions process, available financial aid, scholarships, and housing.
- Counsel students about program choices, career paths, and how the institution can help meet their academic and professional goals.
- **Coordination and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with other departments (financial aid, academic advising, registrar) to ensure smooth processing of admissions.
- Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.
- Keep track of admissions data, maintain accurate student records, and prepare reports on recruitment efforts and outcomes.
- **Promotion and Marketing**:
- Assist in creating promotional materials, such as brochures, website content, and social media posts, to attract prospective students.
- Help organize and participate in open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events.
- **Database Management**:
- Manage and update the admissions database, ensuring all applicant data is accurate and accessible.
- Ensure timely follow-up with applicants at each stage of the admissions process.
- **Ongoing Outreach and Relationship Management**:
- Maintain contact with applicants who have been accepted, ensuring they remain engaged and are supported through the enrollment process.
- Foster relationships with accepted students to ensure a smooth transition into the institution once they arrive.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
