Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, handling inquiries, providing counseling, and ensuring conversion of leads into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in inquiries and conduct telephonic/email/video counseling for prospective students.
  • Provide accurate information about programs, eligibility, fees, placements, and campus facilities.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead management systems daily.
  • Conduct admission interviews and assist applicants in completing required paperwork.
  • Participate in school visits, education fairs, and admission events when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Academics, Finance) for smooth admission processes.
  • Meet weekly/monthly admission targets as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum); MBA or PG in relevant field preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in admissions counseling, student counseling, or sales (preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
