IT User Experience Designer

Bengaluru, India Siemens Healthineers Full time

This position can be based out of either India - Bangalore, with a focus on working with our User Experience, Adoption and Engagement Team in Germany.
- You will have Expert level in interface design, with at least 5 years of professional experience
- Support in the development of personas that reflect our internal customers
- Definition of requirements by evaluating surveys of our users
- Staging briefing sessions and reviews with the IT User Experience Team

Qualifications:

- Conception (using personas, storyboards)
- Visualization (scribbles, wireframes)
- Prototyping (mock-ups, click dummies)
- Cultural experience and empathy
- Experience with Design Thinking approach

Additionally
- You have worked for at least 3 years in an international organisation
- You have a very good level of written and spoken English (A-Level)
- A level of fluency in other languages of the region are also desirable e.g German
- You have a keen interest in improving User Experience within the IT Organisation
- You are experienced in working with multicultural groups
