**User Experience Designer**:
As a UX Designer / Sr. UX Designer you will join a team of diverse, mission-driven designers and researchers spread around the world, committed to improving lives of healthcare professionals and their patients by pioneering breakthroughs in healthcare for everyone, everywhere.

You will be responsible for [contributing to / leading] the definition, design, and delivery of large-scoped features and complex initiatives/new products. You will be in a unique position to shape the user experience and design of pioneering technologies that help improve the lives of people around the world. You’ll be collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers and clinical teams from concept to launch. You will lead as a strong systems thinker, crafting the user experience, interaction design using guidelines to promote a unified design language across all touchpoints.

**What are my responsibilities**
- Working closely with the business unit, you will be responsible for the experience design for innovative software solutions (desktop and mobile) in the field of medical technology, in particular to support radiology workflows
- You will support all phases of the human-centered design process, from developing a strategy and vision through to final product development
- You will represent the needs of users to various stakeholders in their respective project teams and beyond
- You will identify the needs of different user groups in user research and translate them into user journey maps and product requirements
- You will develop operating concepts for a variety of medical products and visualize your concepts using low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes (e.g. with Adobe XD or Axure), which you will refine with users and internal stakeholder.
- You will be a strong advocate of great product design by ensuring solutions set high visual and interaction design quality standards in alignment with our common design language.
- You will mentor and lead junior designers by promoting sound design practices, educating and elevating the role of good design and its importance in the product development process across the organization.

**Skills, Experience and Competencies required for this job?**4+ years of UX design experience in product-driven environment- Sound knowledge of usability engineering.Strong communication and facilitation skills to communicate design thinking, and lead groups through idea generation, and decision-making processes
- Familiarity with user research practices and ability to translate insights into actionable requirementsExperience with creating and documenting user flows, task analysis, information architecture and developing user scenario
- Experience at working directly with software developers
- Experience with UX in agile projects
- Bachelor's or master's degree in interaction design, industrial design, product design, service design, human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience

**Preferred Knowledge**
- Experience with building, contributing or working with design systems and ability to meaningfully extend existing guidelines to scale products.
- Experience of working in a model of collaborating through a central UX Organization.
- Healthcare or Medical Device industry experience, or working on complex workflows in enterprise tools.
- Experience in developing prototypes using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript or using Web Comp
