**Who We Are**

**About the Role**

We are seeking an individual to work alongside our Sales Team at our office in Thane, Maharashtra. This person will be responsible for providing support in various capacities and is expected to be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and organized. As the Jr. Business Coordinator, you will be a key player in facilitating communication with customers. You will need to possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize your workload effectively.

**As a Jr. Business Coordinator, you will**
- Handle and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion, quotations, PI, orders, etc.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.
- Ensure clear communication and coordination between sales and internal departments.
- Provide support to clients regarding order status, product information, and general inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all sales-related documentation and processes comply with company policies and quality standards.
- Support the sales team in documentation by making entries of sales orders, enquiry and quotations in Tally
- Follow up with stakeholders for payments.

**The skills and experience required are**
- Any Bachelor's degree (Degree in life Sciences is preferable)
- Excellent written and verbal skills in English, Hindi
- Proficient in using computer and tally

**Things that are nice to have**
- Work experience in industries like Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Chemical Manufacturing, Food technology
- Experience of 2-3 years in a sales support, coordination, or back-office role is preferred.

**Job Type** - Full time (6 days Working)

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
