**Job Description: Homeschool Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the homeschool, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning environment.
- Develop and implement effective educational programs that align with the developmental needs of children.
- Coordinate and manage the planning and scheduling of lessons, activities, and assessments across all grades to ensure a balanced and engaging curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating home-based learning space that promotes creativity, exploration, and independent learning.
- Maintain ongoing communication with parents, providing regular updates on student progress, curriculum changes, and any additional support required.
- Collaborate with teachers and assistants to ensure personalized learning plans are followed, addressing individual student needs and ensuring continuous development.
- Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure effective teaching methods, resource utilization, and overall student engagement.
- Manage classroom resources, ensuring that materials are organized, accessible, and age-appropriate.
- Handle the administrative aspects of homeschooling, including record-keeping, attendance tracking, and the maintenance of student developmental milestones.
- Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment among the homeschool staff, students, and parents.
- Develop and maintain a homeschool schedule that is flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of the children.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduation in any discipline, with a preference for an ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a leadership or coordinator role within an educational or homeschool environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with parents, students, and staff.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting children’s development and ensuring their well-being.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and collaborate with staff and families in a homeschool setting.
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting educational approaches to meet individual student needs and interests.
- Experience in maintaining administrative tasks, record-keeping, and providing progress reports for families.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 per month
