Pre-primary Teacher for Home School

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate, engaging activities and lessons for Nursery, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG children in a homeschool environment.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating home-based learning space that encourages exploration, creativity, and active participation.
- Employ a variety of teaching methods, including hands-on activities, visual aids, and interactive lessons to foster curiosity and independent learning.
- Regularly assess children's progress through informal observations and individualized assessment, documenting key developmental milestones.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with parents to ensure personalized support for each child’s learning and well-being.
- Keep the learning environment clean, organized, and inviting, ensuring that educational resources are accessible and age-appropriate.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families, supporting a close-knit, supportive learning community.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Graduation in any discipline, preferably with an ECCEd (Early Childhood Care and Education) certification or equivalent.
- A passion for working with young children, displaying patience, creativity, and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain concepts and engage with children and parents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering positive, productive relationships in a homeschool setting.
- Ability to design and maintain a flexible and dynamic homeschool schedule that meets the unique needs of each child.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
