**Job description**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on a range of legal matters, including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and dispute resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify and evaluate legal risks and opportunities for the company.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, policies, and procedures.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant legal and contractual requirements to minimise risk exposure for the company.
- Review contractual arrangements, conduct risk assessment for such arrangements and support project and various concerns teams in addressing and mitigating risks that may arise.
- Support in contract negotiation and drafting contractual letters
- Work cross functionally to maintain alignment between departments.
- Supporting external legal counsel in managing legal disputes, including legal proceedings, concerning the company.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide guidance to the company on any necessary changes to policies and procedures.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Law.
- At least 1 year of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in-house legal department or law firm.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and contract law.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent skills in reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents.
