**Job Description**:
As an Account Executive at Radiator Crafting Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

2. New Business Development:Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, actively prospecting and engaging potential customers to generate new business.

3. Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting our products and services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals effectively.

4. Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.

5. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategic decision-making and enhance our competitive edge.

6. Sales Reporting:Prepare and present regular sales reports, outlining performance metrics, revenue projections, and growth opportunities to management.

7. Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment towards achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales and account management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities, coupled with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Knowledge of the radiator industry and Coimbatore market dynamics is a plus.
