**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Factory Operations Coordinator** to support the Co-Founder in managing end-to-end operations across our D2C brands (Scrubsy, Aimzar, etc.). This is an execution-focused role requiring ownership, discipline, and street-smart problem-solving to ensure daily operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Purchase & Vendor Management**: Raise POs, track purchases, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory.
- **Coordination & Follow-Ups**: Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- **Execution Oversight**: Supervise day-to-day factory operations, dispatches, and packaging processes.
- **Export Documentation**: Prepare and maintain export-related documents accurately.
- **Basic Accounting Support**: Assist with data entry, payment tracking, and basic reconciliations.
- **Data Management**: Maintain trackers, update Excel sheets, and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address on-ground operational issues proactively.

**Requirements**:

- Good with **math, logical problem-solving, and attention to detail**.
- Proficient in **Excel, Google Sheets, and computer operations**.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and GST billing is an advantage.
- Street-smart with strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Prior experience in factory, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Willing to work **onsite full-time at our Mundka factory**.
