**Hiring: Inventory Supervisor - Flowers and Gifting Industry only.**

**BAF Floral & Gift Trading Company | Dubai, UAE** **Location**: DUBAI UAE

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Up to 60,000 - 70,000 INR/ Month.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement inventory control systems to manage over **5,000 SKUs**.
- Ensure optimal stock levels to meet demand across all departments and distribution channels.
- Record, monitor, and reconcile daily shipments and deliveries.
- Use ERP/Inventory software to track stock movements, forecasts, and reorders.
- Perform regular stock audits and generate detailed inventory reports.
- Analyze data to predict future inventory needs and prevent stock shortages or excess.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective procurement.
- Supervise receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, logistics, and operations teams.
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse/inventory staff.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and UAE regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years** of experience in inventory management within a same industry.
- Experience in managing high-volume inventory (5,000+ SKUs).
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, WMS, or similar software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications like CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical, forecasting, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Familiarity with UAE import/export and warehouse regulations is a plus.
