**JOB SUMMARY**

The Loading & Unloading Supervisor oversees daily operations to ensure efficient, safe, and timely handling of goods during loading and unloading processes. Responsibilities include workforce management, adherence to safety protocols, inventory checks, coordination with logistics teams, and resolving operational issues. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on maintaining productivity while minimizing delays and damages.

**CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Supervise Operations**: Oversee loading and unloading activities to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- **Team Management**: Allocate tasks, monitor staff performance, and provide guidance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure workplace safety.
- **Inventory Handling**: Ensure accurate handling, counting, and documentation of goods.
- **Coordination**: Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments.
- **Equipment Management**: Ensure proper use and maintenance of loading/unloading equipment.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of daily activities and report operational metrics.
- **Process Optimization**: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
- **Training**: Train staff on best practices and safety standards.

**Stock Management & system Hygiene**
- _Checking the stock availability across CFAs on daily basis_
- _Checking and clearing blocked/restricted stocks on weekly basis_
- _Pending and open order review on daily basis and connecting with CFA for the closure_
- _Tracking the D&E claim status on weekly basis and reviewing the D&E register_
- _Timely D&E stocks clearance for scrap sale and incineration_
- _Raising write off the document for D&E and insurance claim stocks on a monthly basis_

**Vendor Management**
- _Obtaining NDC from vendors on a timely basis_
- _Coordination with vendors for timely bills submission and resolving the query/issues in the bills_

**Coordination with CFS**
- _Coordination with CFS team for bills processing and payment tracking on a weekly basis_
- _Sharing NACH report with CFS team on a weekly basis_

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education Level: 12th Pass,**_Under Graduation (any discipline)_

**Skills needed**:_Proficient in MS-Office. Good in MS-Excel needed; Knowledge of Excel Macros will be an added advantage_
- 1) Good analytical capabilities required for reports and data generation_
- 2) Result-oriented and ability to follow through on committed tasks_

3) _High degree of self-management, personal organization skills, and discipline_

**Experience: 1-4 Years**

**Experience Details**:_Experience of 1-4years as Warehouse Supervisor with in-depth knowledge in CFA operations._
