**Job Title**: Tele Caller

**Key Responsibilities**: 1. Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce company products/services.

2. Explain the features and benefits of products/services to potential customers.

3. Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.

5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or individual.

6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

7. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

9. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

**Qualifications**: 1. 12th Pass/Graduate in any stream.

2. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to effectively persuade and influence customers.

5. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

7. Proficiency in MS Office.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus. 9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
