We are urgently looking for Executive Stores for one renowned leather products manufacturing company in India.

Position : Executive Stores

Job Location : Serampore (West Bengal)

Education & Experience : Any Graduate with 5-6 yrs exp in Store inventory (Factory experience must)

Job responsibilities:

- Inventory management: Overseeing the storage, distribution, and inventory of materials. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with company policies, and conducting checks.
- Procurement: Obtaining quotes from vendors, comparing them, and uploading requisitions for approval.
- Coordination : Coordinating with procurement and production, as well as with suppliers and delivery managers.
- Record keeping: Maintaining records of calibration, fuel, consumables, and transferred merchandise.
- Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance and material consumption.
- Compliance : Ensuring compliance with vendor codes, vendor registration, and VAT certificates.
- Store maintenance : Maintaining the storage conditions of the bonded, quarantine, and tool stores.
- Store reconciliation: Preparing monthly store reconciliation statements.
