**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Provide prompt and courteous service by taking and serving food and beverage orders.
- Assist guests with menu recommendations and ensure their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor and handle guest complaints professionally, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.

**2. Table Maintenance**:

- Set up and clear tables efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure proper placement of cutlery, glassware, and table settings.
- Replenish tableware and condiments as needed.

**3. Hygiene and Cleanliness**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, bar, and other service areas.
- Follow established hygiene and sanitation standards, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

**4. Coordination**:

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Assist bartenders and other staff during peak hours or special events.

**5. Inventory and Supplies**:

- Monitor and report stock levels of tableware, napkins, and other necessary supplies.
- Assist with restocking and organizing service stations.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and company policies.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or higher (preferred).
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, especially in a microbrewery, is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage, including craft beer, is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
