- The Job

As a Developer, you will be accountable for designing of the systems part of the solution and should be adept at different phases phases of Learn, Buy, Get, Use, Pay and Support (LBGUPS)
- Participate and lead workshops for requirement elicitation and analysis and create a product roadmap depending on requirements.
- Propose new design patterns to Enterprise Architects and engage platform architects to get design patterns agreed and implemented.
- Able to design against Enterprise Architecture Guardrails -Able to quickly assimilate new information -Customer Centric Mindset
- Fair understanding of Product modelling concepts & UML data modelling
- Experience in integration with understanding around integration protocols like SOAP, REST, XML, JMS, JSON, etc.
- Stakeholder Management, Requirements Analysis, Estimation & Enquiring Mindset
- Communication/Presentation Skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as strong strategic and analytical skills.

We are seeking to Identify a Solution Designer
- OSS Architecture with 7-12 yrs of hands on experience in Telecom, BA and Solution Designing along with the below mentioned competencies:

- E2E Architecture & Design -Experienced in the areas of OSS architecture, design and implementation for Telecom B2B/Enterprise customers in **Service Assurance**:

- Proficient in **ITIL/ITSM capabilities** like Case, Incident, Event, Problem and Change Management
- Tooling solution expertise includes COTS like **ServiceNow BMC Remedy ,IBM Tivoli, SMARTS, Netcool.**:

- Accountable for preparing & presenting **HLD and LLD solutions** based on product capabilities to key stakeholders and Sing offs.
- Product & Domain Knowledge -Work Independently & Proactively -Expertise **TMF Open API
