System Administrator

As a **FULL-TIME IN OFFICE** System Admin, you will be responsible for setting up, organizing, modifying, and supporting our computer systems, quickly resolving system failures (if any), and troubleshooting issues.

**Expected Responsibilities**
- Setting up Computer Systems for new employees
- Optimizing the Network (Wifi and LAN)
- Managing LAN Printers
- Maintaining Network Security Camera System
- Tracking Assets for all electronics
- Contacting Local ISP about Internet issues (if any)
- Setting up Users in Google Suite, Removing Users, Backing Up Data
- Managing Permissions of users in Atlassian Jira
- Installing Monitoring Software on New Office Computers
- Offering tech support to Remote Employees
- Offering tech support to in-office employees
- Ordering new hardware from local vendors
- Troubleshooting Hardware
- Troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems
- Cleaning system & removing Viruses
- Knowing how to build custom PCs
- Transferring Data from older PCs to Newer PCs
- Managing software licenses (help with bill reduction)

**Required Skills And Qualifications**
- BSc degree in Networking Technologies/Computer Science/Information technology or related field/ Any technical degree
- Proven experience in system support/network administrator role
- Hands-on experience in Mac/Windows/Linux OS environment
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Slack, Google G Suite, and Adobe Software
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other advanced tech products

**Must-Haves**
- Has to speak English clearly (preferred fluent)
- Be available in case of emergency
- Have flexible hours in case of big office changes
- Should be organized
- Good with documentation
- Should enjoy technology and computers
- Quick and deft in handling support/network issues
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to offer step-by-step technical support both verbally and in written

- Linux Administration experience
- Experience with coding
- CEH Certification
- Net+ Certification
- A+ Certification
