Job Summary: As a Billing Executive in the Accounts Department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your primary focus will be on generating invoices, coordinating with clients for payment collection, and maintaining billing records. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial transactions and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.

Key Roles And Responsibilities:
Generate accurate and timely invoices for products/services rendered to clients.

Verify billing information for completeness and accuracy before issuing invoices.

Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary billing data and resolve any discrepancies.

Liaise with clients to ensure timely payment collections and handle billing-related inquiries.

Maintain billing records, including updates, payments, and adjustments, in an organized manner.

Prepare periodic reports on billing activities and present them to the management team.

Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile billing and payment information.

Follow up with clients on outstanding payments and implement appropriate collections strategies.

Handle billing-related issues and disputes in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Suggest process improvements to streamline the billing cycle and enhance efficiency.

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management skills to meet billing deadlines.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

**Experience**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in billing or related roles.

Work Timings:

- The work timings for this position are flexible.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
