Ltd.Location: Noida, Uttar PradeshReports To: Billing Manager / Accounts HeadSalary: ₹25,000 to 35,000 per month (CTC)Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)Monday to Saturday — 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to join our Finance team in Noida. The role involves preparing client invoices, maintaining accurate billing records, ensuring timely payments, and supporting financial compliance for an investment advisory firm. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in billing and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule.Verify billing data against contracts, service agreements, and client transactions.Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and client accounts.Follow up on pending payments and coordinate with clients for collections.Assist in preparing billing and revenue reports for management.1–3 years of experience in Real Estate feild companyReconcile accounts and support the finance team during audits and month-end closings.Handle billing-related queries from clients promptly and professionally.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in Real Estate feild company1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply).Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting tools such as Tally, Zoho Books, or SAP.Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and financial documentation.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and coordination skills.1–3 years of experience in Real Estate feild company
