Providing support for Siebel CRM Applications from technical and Functional perspectives for all CRM modules.-
- Providing daily support by resolving the Integrations between Oracle EBS, Genesys, Portal, and Other Applications as required.- Design, Develop, and Deploy Siebel (CRM) enhancements using Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows and EAI.- Supporting contact center and marketing teams for preparing and launching marketing campaigns and announcements.Recruiter Name Priyanka Salunkhe
