Siebel Developer

  • Hands-on expertise with Siebel Tools / Web Tools for configuring Applets, Views, Business Components, Business Objects, and Screens.
  • Ability to design extendable and upgrade-safe configurations.
  • Proficiency in creating and debugging Siebel Workflows (synchronous & asynchronous) and custom Business Services.
  • Should understand workflow policies, run-time events, and error handling mechanisms.
  • Ability to write optimized and maintainable eScript or Browser Script for implementing complex business logic.
  • Must understand event model, error handling, and debugging techniques in Siebel scripting.
  • Experience in Siebel EAI including Integration Objects, Data Maps, EAI Dispatch Service, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
  • Skill in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks
  • Ability to use of Siebel logs, component logs, and SQL tracing to troubleshoot complex production issues.
  • Strong grasp of workspaces, repository merges, and SRF build process in modern Siebel versions
