Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee daily inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Manage stock replenishment and orders to avoid stockouts or overstock.
- **Sales & Customer Service**:

- Drive sales to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage attendance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- **Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
- Implement and maintain store policies and procedures.
- Oversee cash handling and financial transactions.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Address any safety hazards and maintain a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in retail management software.
